I have been developing computer games for over 7 years through university and various indie studios.
I gained a broad knowledge of game development skills through University which led me to technical designer and producer roles in most of my positions, and lately I have been focussing on programming on a daily basis.
There isn’t a day that goes by where I’m not thinking about my current prototypes, the new features being released in the engines I use, or how I can best achieve the next idea in my array of notebooks!
I spend my working and personal time keeping up to date with all the cool, crazy and cunning games being developed, and the tools used to make them a reality.
I have recently invested in my home studio with a full dual screen desktop setup, HTC Vive and various mobile tablets for testing and development.
My dream, my goal, my prime directive, is to wake up every morning not just thinking about my current game design or my next prototype, but thinking of how I’m going to implement that awesome feature in the games I develop at work, or what the next big project is going to be that I get to work on or suggest to the team!
I can’t wait to be part of the bigger industry, stepping foot into the realm during indie startups was beautiful, the people, the atmosphere and the stories were captivating, and the game industry is where I plan to be for the rest of my life!
